Alicia has an advance 500 hours qualification to teach Hatha, Vinyasa Yoga, Ashtanga, Gentle Yoga and Yoga for Children. She creates classes adapted to the individuals/group needs. From beginners to advance students.
Her classes flow as a moving meditation working to unite breath and body action to still the mind and calm the senses. She challenge her students to commit to their practice and themselves. She brings great insight and caring guidance to the practice.
Her classes are ideal for people who want to improve their life style as well as their physical and mental health. She incorporates some spiritual teachings that are aligned with the theme of the class.
